Policies


Payment
All prices are in US Dollars.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, as faster processing means faster service for you.  If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay us securely using your credit card through their site and without even signing up!

If you would like to sign up for a PayPal account, you can visit www.PayPal.com.  There is no fee to set up an account and it only takes five minutes from start to finish. 

Please note:  When paying by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, your billing address and zip code must correspond with the billing address and zip code on file with the credit issuing bank.  If your information does not correspond, we will not be able to process your order.  A delay in the processing of your order may occur if we are required to verify your address and payment information with the bank that issues your credit card.

Shipping / Tracking
Please allow a 72 hour processing period after placing your order, in addition to the shipping times indicated below. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, but we do ship daily throughout the week.

If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package, you must arrange these extra services before you make your purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.  If you have chosen to have a package shipped without delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or insurance, this is at your own risk.

PLEASE NOTE -Tracking and delivery confirmation is NOT available for Priority Flat Rate shipments.  Please select this option at your own risk!!   Only Priority Mail and Express Mail (which can get expensive) offer a tracking option.

Domestic customers will receive a tracking number via email, if you have paid for a shipping service with tracking, once your order has been shipped. Customers may track their parcels at http://www.usps.com. You will also be sent a link in your order confirmation email where you may check the status of your order on our site (which also contains a link to the usps.com website for viewing your status.) 

If it has been several days since you placed your order and you have not received an email containing your tracking number or have yet to receive a package from us, please review your order to see if you have placed an order for an item that may require a longer shipping time.  If a particular item requires a longer shipping time, you will find this information listed within the item description on each individual item page.

If you are still uncertain, please contact us with the last 5 digits of your order number.

Domestic US Customers:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation on customer request) or USPS Flat rate without confirmation. This includes APO/FPO addresses.  You may request Express Mail or Express Mail Guaranteed delivery, if you need a package sooner.

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3 - 5 business days, once we have processed your order. Please allow 72 hours for order processing.  Faster shipping is available by selecting Express Shipping upon checkout. Express Shipping is overnight or 2 business day delivery, depending on your zip code.

International Customers:
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International (less than 4 pounds), USPS Priority, or USPS Global Express.   PLEASE NOTE -Tracking and delivery confirmation is NOT available for First Class International shipments.  Please select this option at your own risk!!   Only Priority and Global (which can get expensive) offer a tracking option.

Estimated delivery time for Global Express is 3-5 days, 6-10 days for International Priority, and 10-12 days for standard international airmail service.

We ship to: Canada, the UK, Ireland, Scotland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Austria, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Korea, Japan, and many other countries.  If your country is not listed, please email us prior to placing an order.

Returns / Exchanges
Please consult our sizing guides before ordering, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.  An email now could save you lots of hassle and additional postage later.  We will gladly take extra measurements of any item on our site and provide you with additional information and suggestions.

We do not offer refunds.  We will happily exchange items that don't fit.  We will provide in-store credit on any unsatisfactory items.

Please return the item/s within 14 days of receipt. Items returned after 2 weeks will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.

Please allow one to two weeks for your return to be processed.

All returned items must be in unworn condition, with tags still attached. Condition of returned items will be judged at our discretion.

Returns and exchanges are not acceptable for lingerie items due to sanitary reasons. No exceptions! Items considered lingerie include panties, bras, nightgowns, camisole sets, garters, thigh highs, stockings, and socks.

Swimwear may be exchanged for a different size or store credit as long as the swimwear is in unworn conditon, sanitary strip still in place, and tags attached.

If you wish to exchange an item, please send instructions with the item. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please check our website.  If the size you are requesting isn't listed, then we do not have it in stock.  We may be able to order the item again when it becomes available from the manufacturer or the item may simply be permanently sold out.  Please email us if you have any questions.

Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges. We will contact you if further postage is required. Shipping fees are not refundable.

When returning boxed items, please do not apply tape directly to the box. If the box is damaged, we will not be able to restock the item, and will be unable to accomodate your exchange request.

Refused / Cancelled Orders
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours after you place your order. All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% processing fee which will we charge to your credit card or payment method you used to place your order.

Once an item is shipped, the transaction is considered complete.  If you refuse your shipment, simply because you changed your mind about your order after the grace period, your package will be returned and will still be subject to the 20% processing fee.

Out of Stock / Delayed
All of our clothing, lingerie, jewelry & accessories items are in-stock and ready to ship.  Most of our shoe & costume styles you see on our site are in-stock and ready to ship.  However, some sizes / styles require us to order them directly from the distributor) which may extend your wait time for receiving your item from 7 - 15 days.  Revamp Productions handbags are custom made and therefore some Revamp Productions purses may take up to 3+ weeks for delivery.

If an item you like is marked as "Temporarily Sold Out" this simply means that we plan to re-stock the item when it becomes available again from the manufacturer. If an item is truly no longer available, we will remove it from the site.  Liquid Bombshell carries many styles that we re-order on a continuous basis.  We always try to order items in a range of sizes and colors.  If what you see is only available in a small, medium, or large on the site, this simplay means we may have sold out of larger size.  Please send us an email to see if the item in which you are interested is available in your size.  We can order most items from our distributors from XXS to 3X.
